Spell It Out craziness

Business at Spell It Out has been crazy this month. At the beginning of the month I launched my line of vinyl chalkboards. I hoped they would do well but wasn't expecting the amount of coverage I got regarding them. I have been featured on two major design blogs and have sent chalkboards as far as Australia - all in a month!

I want to thank all of you that have been supportive in this venture. But most of all I want to express my thanks to Jon. Although I have personally told him on many occasions that I appreciate all of his help, designing and support in this business - all of you should know as well.

I hope the success of SIO continues and that Needle and Pin Productions is just as successful.

Rheumatologist visit part 1

Yesterday was finally the day I got the see the rheumatologist. It’s been over a year, 3 doctors later and hopefully they will figure out what is causing my symptoms and pain.

The doctor seems great. He was very interested in what has been going on. He mentioned that most of the basic tests have already been run by the prior two doctors. He wrote an order to take my blood to have it tested for Lupus. He mentioned that he doesn’t think I have Lupus but wanted to make sure since some of my symptoms do match. Otherwise he is thinking that I have Fibromyalgia. This is not certain and I have a follow up appointment on Monday the 30^th. Hopefully at that appointment I will have more information, an actual diagnosis and treatment plan.

Ode to the Kraft Single...

Oh Kraft single how I love your convenience of being pre-sliced and packaged.
You are absolutely delightful on my fried egg sandwich!

I am not quite sure what you are made of.
Although the package shows a glass of milk and says that you are indeed cheese.

I have other cheeses in my refrigerator
but your color and texture don't come close when compared.

However, I am still a fan!
