Memory Lane

I've noticed that this is all the rage on other's blogs. Since I haven't pulled recent pictures off my camera to blog about, I thought I would post this. If you aren't a regular commenter on my blog and just a browser, I encourage you to post a memory.

1. Add a comment on my blog. Leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

I think my favorite memory of you is when we had a chance to sit and chat at Lissa's wedding. You had been talked about much by the Brooks family and, though I'd met you once or twice, I wanted to get to know you better. I enjoyed our little chat and I was delighted to find we had some things in common. :) You're quite the gem, lady...I look forward to getting to know you even better.

Bek, when it comes to memories of you, I remember spending all day setting up Barbie houses to fill a whole room and then having to go home before we really got to play with them. I also remember when you were like 2, my older siblings quizzing you on all your vast 2 year old knowledge like how old you were and when your birthday was, etc. and there was stuff I didn't even know at my wise old age of 4.

I don't know if it was the same incident as driving past all the crushes homes (I think so) but I think your mom let me drive her wagon since I had recently learned to drive a stick. That was a lot of fun. I remember we went to a movie on Christmas day once too...Galaxy Quest I believe at Jordan Landing. It's like all these memories are flooding back now...I'll stop. The instructions say one memory.

I am cool with more than one memory. I remember when we went to the movies and it was at Jordan Landing. It's so crazy how little there was out there, and now it's huge. Ah the memories!
